1. Product Introduction

Hot-melt nylon is a special nylon obtained by polycondensation of polycarboxylic acids and polyols. This product can compete with foreign products of the same type in comprehensive performance. This product has strong toughness and flexibility, does not dissolve in alcohol solvents, can be made into transparent soft tubes and wire and cable nylon sleeves that are resistant to oil and pressure, and can be mixed and modified with nitrile rubber to make rubber products and sealing gasket materials with high strength, high wear resistance, and high oil resistance. The properties of hot-melt nylon make it suitable for coating, impregnation and other processes, which endow the final products with wear resistance, scratch resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, alkali resistance, ozone resistance, and improve toughness, elasticity, flexibility and heat resistance, etc.

1. This product has strong flexibility, can be made into transparent soft tubes and wire and cable nylon sleeves that are resistant to oil and pressure, and it can be mixed and modified with nitrile rubber to make rubber products and seal ring materials with high strength, high wear resistance, and high oil resistance.
2. Structural adhesive: It can become an excellent bonding agent for metal structures.

3. Wire coating: Coating action on the enameled wire.

4. Nylon printing plate: gives the plate wear resistance, which can improve the clarity of the print and the life span.

5. Injection modification: can be used as injection toughening in new energy vehicles or photovoltaic industry, etc.

6. Special industries: Can be used for high-speed rail interior structural parts or some military and police supplies.

 

4. Packaging and Storage and Transportation

This product is packed in 20kg and 25kg woven bags, avoid dampness, and can be effectively stored for one year under normal temperature conditions.
