1. This product has strong plasticity and flexibility, which can be made into transparent soft tubes and wire cables nylon sleeves that are resistant to oil and pressure. It can also be mixed with nitrile rubber for compounding and modification, resulting in rubber products and seal ring materials with high strength, high wear resistance, and high oil resistance.
2. Structural adhesive: When dissolved in alcohol solution and added to epoxy resin, phenolic resin, etc., it can become an excellent bonding agent for metal structures.
3. Wire coating: Paint for enameled wire, dissolving alkyd nylon in phenol/ alcohol-based solvent, coating the insulation layer of enameled wire with a varnish layer, and covering the wire with a fiber woven fabric as the outer layer, such as optical cable coating, etc.
4. Nylon printing plate: It is given wear resistance to the plate, which can improve the clarity and reproducibility of printing and the service life.
